Rand Paul Vs. John McCain, Where does this go next?

Sen. Paul seems to have done a 180 on his opinion of Trump and he's blasting McCain.  Will the GOP make a move to run McCain out if he continues to publicly criticize the President?  Rand's full comments are below.

McCain is not even bothering to pretend anymore. And that is good. It is a step forward. He has blown his cover. We now know him for the duplicitous Liberal that he always has been all along.

Thank you John McCain, for showing us who you really are. Even though me and my buddies have always known, who and what you really are.
