Marco Rubio and his wife to have dinner with Trumps

Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., and his wife, Jeanette, will join President Trump and the first lady at the White House for dinner on Wednesday evening, making it Rubio's second known visit to the White House since Trump took office last month.
 
Melania will fly down from Manhattan to attend the evening event, scheduled to take place in the Blue Room following Trump's full day of meetings with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Rubio is a supporter of Trump's plan to move the U.S. embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
 
It's unknown whether Rubio's visit is regarding how to rally congressional support for the embassy move. The dinner does come a day after New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and his wife, Mary Pat, also visited Trump in the White House.

Christie, Rubio and Trump duked it out in the 2016 Republican presidential race for the party's nominee. Since Trump won the election in November, Rubio's public contact with Trump has been at a minimum.
