If anyone has ever gone to almost any federal agency website or looked at federal documents with an editor's eye, the number of typos and spelling errors would make your head spin.

Proofreading and editing is becoming a lost skill with two much reliance on spell checking software. (yes, I know what I did there).

Those others aren't by the LoC. The Department of Education scroo up is a good one.

I blame the person at the printing office station as much as the person who signed off on the proof.
