Franken: GOP colleagues question Trump's mental health
By Kyle Balluck - 02/12/17 10:28 AM EST

Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) said early Sunday that Republican colleagues have expressed concern to him about President Trump’s mental health.

“A few, yeah,” he said on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

“We all have this suspicion that, you know, he lies a lot. He says things that aren’t true. That’s the same as lying, I guess," Franken, who's mentioned as a possible 2020 presidential candidate, added.

Of all the people who should question someones mental health, people that elected Mitch McConnell and Nancy Pelosi to leadership roles repeatedly, would be best served seeking counseling of their own before worrying about mental issues in anyone else.

Yet when anyone suggested Obama so much as was born in Kenya the media howled.

I don't even have to question the mental health of Franken and his cohort Rats.  There is no doubt they are all lying nuts.  Liberalism is a mental disorder.

I think Franken is playing head games as that seems to be the current game. Make Trump as paranoid as Nixon, if Nixon really was, and they have him.

It's much, much worse than any mere 'mental disorder'.  A mental disorder can be treated and the patient can be 'marginalized and contained'.  What these POSs on the left represent is our enemy and America's enemy within.  We need to wake up to that danger and recognize our enemies for a refreshing change (nationally speaking, not here on this forum).  You can't counter the danger unless or until you can identify it.

If Trump or any other pol in either party doesn't inherently grasp that not only the entire opposition but their own entire party is  out to get them, they don't belong there. The whole town runs on who you know and what you have on them/can be used for max effect.

Paranoia isn't a problem, it's a requirement for survival. And really, if they truly understand the situation, there is no need to be paranoid. It's just law of the jungle.

So, Al Franken is preaching about mental health?  Interesting.

Don't believe it.

Not that I don't believe some GOP types have reservations about Trump's mental state (I do), but I don't believe Franken would be the one they'd confide in.

It's more un-named (and probably fictitious) sources BS.

But wait!! We have "mental disorder" experts, of "unquestionable qualification."

Can they weigh in and "opine" on the question?
