The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling put into sharp relief several tactical and strategic errors Trump and his aides made in crafting, implementing and defending the order, which the president said was needed to ward off the terrorist threat posed by foreigners entering the U.S....

Great article, pointing out how his mental disorder trips him up, but it doesn't go back to the core problem--the rollout.  By putting clueless political operatives in charge of it, a flawed document was released prematurely, before critical elements were in place to support it.

Sadly, Trump's ability to learn from mistakes is limited, though it does appear from time to time.

Gee, I heard competent counsel, say people outside the USA borders have no claim of "due process" as an automatic "right." He further opined that meant 7 billion earthly souls, would desire the benefits of said "due process," and be lining up for our borders.

But if Politico says it is so, it must be so.

*said competent counsel also noted that NOWHERE in the 3 judge panel's decision, was any mention made of the controlling 1952 immigration statues.

Apparently we are no longer a nation of laws, but instead a nation of "feelings." And foreigners' and outsiders' feelings above all.

Gibmedats on an international scale. September 11, 2001 didn't happen. We are just as stupid (some of us) as the Germans and Swedes.
