    First Lady Melania Trump made her first solo public appearance by joining Prime Minister of Japan's wife, Akie Abe in a tour of Morikami Museum and Japanese Garden
    The two took in the sights while their husbands played golf at President Trump's club in Jupiter, Florida
    Mrs Trump revealed in a statement she plans to preserve the White House Gardens specifically the First Lady's Kitchen Garden and the Rose Garden

First Lady Melania Trump showed her love for the outdoors by choosing to leave her penthouse in Trump Tower and trekking to Delray, Florida for a museum and garden tour with the Japanese Prime Minister's wife.

It is Mrs Trump's first public appearance as first lady without her husband.

All smiles, the First Lady joined the Prime Minister of Japan's wife, Akie Abe, in a tour of Morikami Museum and Japanese Garden in Delray Beach, Florida.

Mrs Trump also revealed she has a green thumb and wants to make sure the White House gardens continue to flourish.

Oh good grief.  Somehow.... I just can't picture Melania on her knees with a garden spade in her hand and digging in the dirt.  Nope.  Can't imagine it.

I'd just like to point out that pretty much every descriptor the media uses is intended to paint a picture. the picture is 'they are above you all'. Most people naturally rebel against those that see them selves as 'above you'.

It's simple behavior mod stuff the left uses constantly and the right doesn't even realize is happening. See also 'White privilege" used in many articles and colleges to stir up racial conflict.

I thought Mooch's dress looked familiar and now I know why.  It was made from some drapes my aunt had hanging in her living room during the '70s.

Let's see ... so far Melania is being criticized for wanting to spend time with her son Barron more than focusing on her duties as First Lady and her love for gardening!  Wow!  I bet you she could eat a cheeseburger and become the most loathed First Lady in history!

How do you feel about the possibility of Melania using her position as First Lady in her business ventures? I'm asking because I saw something about in passing and don't know anything about the idea, ethics, or propriety of it. She may draw some criticism from me if there is something there, but that is all.
