You can thank Trump and Bannon for this debacle. A poorly constructed EO, thrown in prematurely, before getting a friendly solicitor and court, followed by idiotic tweeting. Bannon's getting his chaos alright! He wanted America in disarray and disrupted. Well, he got his wish.

The law is clear that the President can stop anyone from coming into this country for any reason he d@mn well pleases. He can simply order embassies to revoke all visas, and the courts have no authority in foreign countries.
He *HAS* the power to do this, and the courts have no power to stop him whatsoever. I personally feel that the only mistake he might have made is not telling that judge to go F*** himself.
