The 9th Circuit's Immigration Order is Weak--Even by 9th Circuit Standards

When the Ninth Circuit strikes down President Trump's immigration order with a weak, contradictory, and incoherent ruling, we should be upset.  It shouldn't take 29 pages of contradictions to come up with the answer to an easy question.
