Bigun claimed the judiciary has no enforcement power which is clearly false. Period.

I'm right. You're wrong.

To be precise Bigun - that would be me - claimed that the founders granted zero enforcement powers to any court anywhere in the constitution!  Once again I dare you to prove me wrong!

Fire them on the spot and have them arrested for starters!

And unlike the judiciary, you'd have the authority to do/enforce it.

Who's going to arrest them?

The ones who still value their jobs and have the power to do so!  No job no police power!

According to who?

According to the Constitution which vests enforcement in the executive, not the judiciary.

They are under no obligation to follow an unconstitutional order. Doing so could get them in big trouble.

Do you realize that an act of congress cannot overrule the Constitution?

Which is the higher law? And act of Congress or the Constitution itself?

 :silly:

YOU are the one who is silly!  The Constitution itself outranks ANY act of Congress!

Courts bring charges.

You really don't see the box you just put yourself in do you.

The judiciary does not make law. Congres does. Trump broke no law EDIT so there is no case before them from which a contempt charge could stem. If a court brings a charge, it is acting as executive, which it has no authority to do. If a court tries to enforce that charge it cannot because authority is vested in the executive. A court cannot bring a contempt charge for a non existant case before it based on the enforcement of a law that it cannot write.

So how do you suppose that some random judge simply waves a wand, legislates
