And to rebut that we have Andrew Jackson.

"John Marshall has made his decision: now let him enforce it! "

You really don't understand what you're saying, do you?

Or maybe you do.

Either way, it's bad.

Actually we do. the judiciary has zero ability to enforce the law. However in this instance, they also have zero authority under the constitution to even involve themselves in a constitutional exectuive decision. So there is no dictatorship or constitutional crisis to begin with. Just Tump exercizing the authority vested in the executive by the constitution. That it upsets you isn't relavent. It simply is what it is. And the 9th just joined in the judicial overreach.

No,  what is bad is that some judges didn't end up with their necks stretched on Lamp posts back in the 1960s and 1970s.

It has grown steadily more intolerable since then.

I must disagree with you on one point.   We have been living under a dictatorship for a long time,  but it's source has been the Judiciary,  which was contaminated by kooks and freaks ever since Roosevelt and Truman had 20 years to put kook judges on the bench and thereafter pollute the law schools.

We have been suffering a dictatorship of judges.

You don't even read your own stuff, do you?  What a logical train wreck.

But apparently you seem to be saying that Trump should just ignore the courts.

Constitutional crisis at the very least, and the path to dictatorship if not stopped.

You should be ashamed to write such foolishness.

I agree. I am talking in the theoretical land of America as it's supposed to be. You are right. We have been under dictatorship for a while now in reality.

Just goes to show how poor your understanding of American governance really is.

PS: all that breathless hyperbole doesn't bolster your mistaken position on the subject.

When a Court holds no authority to interfere or overrule the exec, you damn right A N Y president should ignore them.

Hyperbole,  but appropriate to the sentiment.
