San Francisco has a bigger problem than poop on the streets.
It's the Millenium tower, a 58-story building that is slowly but inexorably sinking and tipping over because it was built on an unstable subsurface beneath its foundation.
It's sinking at the rate of two inches per year, and has already sunk 16 inches, with cracks in the foundation.
A modest earthquake is gonna bring this one right down on its own.
The way I see it, the only solution is to tear it down before it falls down...
