It's so good it drove countless clinics and doctors out of practice, so good that it raised rates and deductibles across the board, except for illegals and the indigent, so good that untold numbers of Americans got an unwelcome surprise when filing their taxes and realized that they made more money than they predicted and so lost that oh so good taxpayer subsidy and now owe a penalty, so good that even more doctors are closing shop because they can't afford the mandated electronic record keeping in their small practice and the corresponding cuts in in payments for not complying. Oh yeah it's good if your definition of good is cluster*uck!
