Democrats are prepared to keep the Senate in late on Monday as they protest President Trump's order banning for 90 days immigrants from seven Muslim-majority countries entering the U.S.

Democratic Sens. Dick Durbin (Ill.) and Jeff Merkley (Ore.) kicked off the talkathon of floor speeches, urging the president to drop the executive order that sparked protest across the country over the weekend.
