I have driven a few cars in the US, and a couple of pick-ups too. Not one of them had a decent suspension. You see it all the time - watch any car chase and American cars wallow on corners. European and Japanese simply don't.

True, but we didn't pave over ox cart paths from the 1300's and call it a road.

BTW, I am trying to recall the British car that handled well for me when I drove it. Most of them never even started because the dampness got into the electrics.
