Trump administration starts the Obamacare rollback as officials scrap $5million of ads for the flagship HealthCare.gov website

The Health and Human Services Department said that the government has pulled back about $5million in ads
Pulling back on advertisements was part of a larger effort of cutting costs

Ad cuts come just before the January 31 healthcare enrollment deadline
Former Obama officials accused the new administration of 'sabotage'
