I will be asking for a major investigation into VOTER FRAUD, including those registered to vote in two states,

....those who are illegal and those that are dead...some for a very long time.  Depending on results, we will strengthen up voting procedures!

I support this but the protocol must be impeccable. President Trump must step aside once the investigation is underway.

I firmly believe we have a problem with voter fraud but I don't think it was enough to make up the popular vote.  CA and NY are just a lost cause.  Too full of nutburgers.

Agree, totally.

I don't 'see' how he could inject himself into it.   We KNOW it exists.   Let us see the facts and go from there.

And I agree with this, but will add that he must stop making this claim without evidence, unless evidence is found.

Not true, IMO.

Al Franken is a Senator today because of voter fraud.   Obamacare exists today because of him.

....and because Coleman, his opponent, took the advice of some of our forum pacifists and acted "like an adult", by conceding.

There IS evidence.   There were counties with more votes cast than breathing voters registered in that particular State.  (Michigan).

It's why they suddenly called off the recount.

Yeah but he made a specific number claim, that as far as I know is based on dubious sources.

And if there is Michigan voter fraud, come forth with concrete evidence: who, what, and where.

Just saw an article that said, 13% of illegals admit to voting in California.

If that ratio is dependable...then across the nation, there's your "2 to 3 million votes".

And did not that Univision reporter say that he votes in the USA and Mexico? Clear violation of federal law. Also Allen West lost his seat due to voter fraud. Voter Fraud is rampart here in the USA. Zero even told illegals to go ahead an vote.

MN was more about the crooked Courts in MN allowing votes to be counted that were never really cast.  Just like FL tried to do with Bush and Maryland did way back with Ellen Sauerbray.  Pres. the Donald would have to have the authority to investigate the Courts which is really where our problems are.  I do agree with you that Coleman should not have given up.    I'm more tired of the constant refrain of "We're better than that" that certain conservatives like to use.

I still don't think in this instance the voter fraud/illegal vote counting is enough to make up the difference and it really doesn't matter.  That doesn't mean I don't think it needs to be investigaged and stopped.

Agreed.  There are a number of reports of voter fraud, and some of it prosecuted.  Doesn't seem to get much play in the news.

There are more aspects to "voter fraud" besides ineligibles voting. Vote counting, machine security, ballot chain-of-custody, multiple voting, recruitment methods, the ID issue...

This needs to be done. It is overdue. It must be thorough and impartial.

Obama went on TV last October and pretty much encouraged illegals to vote. Might not be a smoking gun but giving that video clip a little more exposure would go a long ways towards setting the context for an investigation.

Right now the media is mocking his claim. I heard one reporter call his 'unprovable charge' 'demonstrably false'.

Here's a simple solution...instead of dragging the issue through the mud and getting into a he said she said with the media...have Congress draw up the 26th Amendment requiring photo ID in order to vote.

We have enough state houses to get it passed and we have the majorities in both houses at the Federal level to get the ball rolling.

Deeds not words....is what Donny needs to be focusing on right now.

An "investigation" is meaningless symbolism when actual substantive action is required.

That article does not say that 13% of illegals vote:

Quote
Based on a sample survey of 800 Hispanics in 2013, McLaughlin found that of foreign-born respondents who were registered voters, 13 percent admitted they were not United States citizens.

So poll is foreign born respondents, and of those, 13 percent are illegal voter.

This is one of many Trump proposals that look very good and is a long time coming, but so far they are just mere words, let's see how it shakes out, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that this could be very beneficial to this Nation.
These first few days have shown me that 'go for the jugular' Bannon has a big space in Trump's brain and though I distrusted him in the beginning, so far he's proven my suspicions wrong.

Yes - but at the same time, the Russian Hackers meme is undemonstrably being sold as "true".  Can't have it both ways jokers - Trump is right, investigate!

Trump needs to resist his obvious impulse to exaggerate. Its a personality trait and it will hurt him because there are legions waiting to jump on each rhetorical flourish, demanding he prove each one knowing damn well he can't.

There is voter fraud, probably significant voter fraud, in many regions and directing attention to the problem is a very good thing.

Pelosi: ‘ I frankly feel very sad’ that Trump claims voter fraud. So sad, she said, that she prayed for him.

<..snip..>

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) called Trump’s focus on voter fraud “really strange” — especially because his own lawyers disputed allegations of ballot irregularities when Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein challenged the results in some states last fall.

“I frankly feel very sad for the president making this claim,” Pelosi added. “I felt sorry for him. I even prayed for him – but then I prayed for the United States of America.”

Pelosi spoke as Congress wrapped up a short work week in order to attend separate party strategy sessions outside Washington.

There are currently two investigations ongoing in the state of Texas. One of which involves a sitting State legislator!
