Mexican Avocados are the best. The breed they grow (at least the ones they sell at the local Mexican Mercado) are twice as big as their California counterparts and super creamy. I picked up some along with a bunch of Hatch Chiles for the grill today. Cut in half, rubbed with lime, grill cut side up until the skin starts pulling away. It is like butter.
