Was Bill Clinton Ogling Ivanka Trump At The Inauguration?

We all know Bill Clinton has a wandering eye, busy hands, and an active cigar, but this is pretty bad even for him. A video is making the rounds of Bad Billy at the inauguration that supposedly shows him checking out Ivanka Trump like a wolf eying some sheep. I guess the lawsuits, his tarnished reputation, and the impeachment weren’t enough to teach him a lesson.
The video was taken at the Friday inauguration of Donald Trump. In the background you can hear his daughter Ivanka giving her speech. The camera is fixed on the Clintons, with Bill looking to his right. He has a dopey smile on his face and he really does look like he’s leering at the First Daughter.
