Day 1

Day 1
Nothing the Left does will stop Trump’s first day on the job.
January 20, 2017
Daniel Greenfield

In the first days of 2017, Washington D.C. was empty. It was a city holding its breath. Secret Service police officers in balaclavas waited at the White House as a black SUV carrying departing staffers passed. It had not been so long ago that they came into the city as if they owned it and the entire country. Now the same men and women who ran and ruined the lives of millions were scrolling through job postings on their smartphones. They watched Obama speak from faded screens at sports bars and they cried.

They knew it was coming. Day 1.

The parties and the protests are underway. Hundreds of thousands of Americans and anti-Americans have converged on the city: Tea Party housewives from Milwaukee suburbs and snarling Marxists from the ANSWER coalition, small businessmen from Houston and Berkeley J20ers outshouting the schizophrenic homeless panhandlers at Union Station.

The proof of the pudding is the tasting.

This is very...very obamanist, if I may say...the PROJECTING, of the writers' fantasies and dreams, onto their Blank Slate.  Just as Peggy, that simpleton who got a CRA liar-loan home and then thought, eight years ago, that Soetoro's election meant she wouldn't have to pay for her house or gas for her car...just as with that, the non-liberals now who want to believe in a superhero saving us, have all kinds of fantasies about what SuperTrump will do.

Watch.  And wait.  Believe what you see, and nothing else.

If it's seen, of course.

As I've said before, it was 2008 all over again.

Only it was the rest of America who did not vote for Obama, who decided they needed and wanted messianic figure to lower the seas, pay their bills and give them phones.

Whether or not the tweet is astro-turf, I've heard it directly from the lips of Trump supporters over the last year that quote that tweet verbatim.

Fart for freedom, fart for liberty and fart proudly.  - Benjamin Franklin

...Obsta principiis—Nip the shoots of arbitrary power in the bud, is the only maxim which can ever preserve the liberties of any people. When the people give way, their deceivers, betrayers and destroyers press upon them so fast that there is no resisting afterwards. The nature of the encroachment upon [the] American constitution is such, as to grow every day more and more encroaching. Like a cancer, it eats faster and faster every hour." - John Adams, February 6, 1775

Yup, a lot of them want to emulate the "euro right" and make welfare white again.

Just yesterday I saw them on twitter talking about Trump needing to reach out to the European populist movements. The problem is that the euro populists are virtually all neo nazis to some extent. They're right to be angry about being overrun by islamic immigrants but are wrong about virtually everything else. The now largely defunct Golden Dawn party of Greece a few years ago are a perfect example. They hated austerity and muslim immigration but managed to blame Jews for both. They said Israel kept the Arab world impoverished so they fled to Europe and they blamed their own Jewish bankers for breaking Greece. If they would just kick out the muslims and Jews Greece could be a socialist utopia.

Remember...using staged actors to try and make their opponents look ridiculous...is what the Left does best.  Their ideas are junk; but they sure do understand agitprop.  Remember the supposed Tea Party types, who were interviewed at rallies, saying they didn't really understand what it was about and that they were paid to be there?  Remember the racist signs that would pop up in the audience at every Tea Party event?

I sure do.  I was with a Tea Party group in Michigan; and did some crowd management for a couple of rallies.  College kids would trip on over, and paste their unacceptable signs over the ones they were carrying to get in...we had a protocol.  Surround and move back and call LE.  Ask them to leave; ask them to take their signs apart, but SURROUND and ISOLATE.

Now the agitprop-artists are using Twit.

Between Donaldus Minimus and the portside agitpropellers it makes too much sense for them to tweet---they're bird brains.

Is there a site that covers what he intends to accomplish in his First 100 Days?

We had a thread here that listed all his "on day one" promises and his "first 100 days" promises.
