San Francisco - An undocumented immigrant is suing the city of San Francisco and law enforcement agencies and officers after he was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). His arrest came after he went to a police station to recover his stolen car.

Pedro Figueroa Zarceno, 32, is a resident of the Mission District of San Francisco. A native of El Salvador, he launched the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Tuesday. Figueroa is suing the city and county of San Francisco as well as various law enforcement officers alleging they breached San Francisco’s sanctuary law. Figueroa is claiming he was unlawfully imprisoned after the city breached its longstanding sanctuary city law. The 32-year-old is seeking unspecified damages for the intentional infliction of emotional pain.

Who does America go to to recover its stolen money, in SF, by SF?

My 'Viking Hunter' High Adventure Alternate History Series is FREE, ALL 3 volumes, at most ebook retailers including Ibooks, Barnes and Noble, Kobo, and more.

In Vol 2 the weapons come out in a winner take all war on two fronts.

Vol 3 opens with the rigged murder trial of the villain in a Viking Court under Viking law to set the stage for the hero's own murder trial.

I sincerely hope that among the first actions that Trump takes, is to stop any and all funds, to jurisdictions with policies of protecting illegal immigrants.

So if a jurisdiction wishes to be a sanctuary city, deny them federal money. Make it very painful and very costly to remain a sanctuary city.

And in Trump's order, be very specific about the metrics used to determine compliance.

Let voters in sanctuary cities able to discern the prices they will be paying, to protect illegal immigrants, some committing crimes against their persons and their property.

Finally let some #nevertrump tell me they don't want the Potus to use his pen with an EO, directing that the existing laws of the land be observed.
