DOJ: 'Reasonable cause' to believe Chicago police use excessive force

The Justice Department has “reasonable cause” to believe Chicago police officers use excessive force, the agency announced Friday.

Announcing the outcome of a Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation first launched in late 2015, Attorney General Loretta Lynch said there was cause to believe the Chicago Police Department “engages in a pattern or practice of using force, including deadly force, in violation of the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution.”

Yeah, I'm sure cops being tough is why the little darlings are killing each other with such vigor.  I have an idea!!!  Let's pound the cops some more with the DoJ club!  That'll get the murder rate down.  :police:

The Obama-Holder-Lynch Department of (In)Justice wraps up their work on record setting black-on-black homicides in Chicago, blaming it on the police.

This is consistent with Obama's anti-police administration; an administration which favored blacks, illegal immigrants, muslim terrorists, violent drug dealers etc..

Always for the supposed little guy, even if the little guys are murderers.

The most recent two democrat administrations have featured two husband and wife lawyer teams. Both claiming to have taught "Constitutional law."

This is going to increase the murder rate in Chicago.  They are encouraging and empowering the bad guys, while continuing to demoralize the police.
