US Navy Says It Fired “Warning Shots” at Four Iranian Vessels Yesterday, Media Hypes Us for War Under Trump
January 9, 2017 | Melissa Dykes | The Daily Sheeple | 245 views

As the West continues to beat its war drums against Russia, Syria, and Iran, the U.S. Navy announced that it fired “warning shots” at four Iranian “fast-attack vessels” near the Strait of Hormuz on Sunday.

Apparently the Iranian ships came within 900 yards of the USS Mahan which was escorting two other US military ships through the area (they just like to hang out in), so a US Navy helicopter dropped a smoke float and the Navy destroyed fired warning flares.

Check out how the mainstream media is hyping everyone for war with the timing of this as Reuters was quick to point out:

Well, there's an argument to be made that the incident illustrates what might happen when Trump takes office.  Rather than "warning shots", Trump might actually direct the Navy to file actual, and we would find ourselves in an actual conflict.

Personally, I think we probably should take out one of those boats the next time they try this.  It is simply too dangerous to let them approach that close and that aggressively, because one time, they might actually fire at us.

We should not only sink those boats, but Trump should also do a reenactment of Reagan's LITERALLY dropping a Patriot missile into the Ayatollah's office window.

And I'm dead serious.

Donald Trump vowed Friday that if Iran inappropriately approached US ships, they would be "shot out of the water."

"And by the way, with Iran, when they circle our beautiful destroyers with their little boats and they make gestures that our people -- that they shouldn't be allowed to make, they will be shot out of the water," he said at a rally here.

I say, back his big mouth up with action...then I'll believe what he says.

I agree with him.  It's ridiculous at this point, and actually dangerous because if they ever decide to shoot, we'll be sitting ducks.

And Trump is an expert in inappropriate approaches....
