Michelle Obama: 'We are feeling what not having hope feels like'

By Eugene Scott, CNN

Updated 9:18 AM ET, Fri December 16, 2016

CNN)Following the election of Donald Trump, Michelle Obama said many Americans now know what it's like not to have hope.

"We feel the difference now. See, now, we are feeling what not having hope feels like," she told Oprah Winfrey in an interview, a clip for which aired on CBS on Friday. "Hope is necessary. It's a necessary concept and Barack didn't just talk about hope because he thought it was just a nice slogan to get votes."

"He and I and so many believe that -- what else do you have if you don't have hope," the first lady added. "What do you give your kids if you can't give them hope?"

What goes around, comes around. It is what it is.

Michelle feels like conservatives felt, in December 2008 thinking about the coming 4-8 years.

Obviously, what Michelle needs is another $350,000 no-show patronage job to help restore her sense of hope.
"The most terrifying force of death, comes from the hands of Men who wanted to be left Alone. They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love. They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it. They know, that the moment they fight back, their lives as they have lived them, are over. -Alexander Solzhenitsyn

Any day that commies (they call themselves progressives) have no hope in America....

is a great day in America....

and for America.

Or another lavish, elaborate, on the taxpayers dime vacation.  Ooops.  No hope for that now.

Awwww....poor Michele.  That Obama gravy train is about to be derailed.  About frickin time.

Good.  The last thing normal Americans want is for the left to have hope that they can continue to destroy our country.
My political philosophy:

1) I'm not bothering anybody.
2) It's none of your business.
3) Leave me alone!

Clearly Michelle  has no sense of self.  No sense of worth outside of her first lady status.
Imagine what Melania must be feeling right about now. Abandoned in so many ways.  Replaced by his one true love.

I never could understand why so many people who disliked Barack still approved of his wife.  She has a permanent scowl on her face and she's even uglier on the inside.

That is such an unconscionably awful thing for a first lady of the U.S. to say I'm almost without words to describe it. Almost but not quite.  That is simply a terrible thing to say and proves the Obama's should never have occupied the White House.
Imagine if a Republican first lady had said the same thing after a Dem got elected.  No hope? She's out of her mind.  No first lady EVER!!! tells the nation that one half of the country is without hope just because the opposition got elected.  The U.S. is the country of hope no matter who gets elected.

Michelle began by saying something about being proud to be American for the first time in her life.
Sad, pathetic and unloved.

Yo Michelle!  If people feel hopeless, it's because of you and your grifter husband.

She is a mean, angry, self-absorbed woman.

I wish she would go away.  I'm sick of seeing her face.  I'm sick of her 'popularity' among the celebrity world.  I'm sick of her phoniness and disdain for America.

Go away.
Character still matters.  It always matters.

I wear a mask as an exercise in liberty and love for others.  To see it as an infringement of liberty is to entirely miss the point.  Be kind.

Well Americans can HOPE that Moochelle and the rest of her clan become so hopeless they leave America for the socialist utopia of their dreams now that they bill their ridiculous lifestyle to the taxpayers they have victimized for the last eight years. I really believe that what Moochelle really feels is despair, the reality that they are running out of ways to make other people pay for them.
