From what I read in the article,
4 out of 10 teachers have heard remarks against homosexuals, blacks and Latinos, so that is 40% of the teachers.
2 out of 10 teachers have heard remarks against whites.
But if one then breaks down the "4 out of 10 teachers" into likewise groups, "against homosexuals", "against blacks" and "against Latinos" (maybe against Asians and other minorities were included in the original data),
Then it seems that remarks against whites is likely on par with these other groups.
It seems a flakey way to analyze though to begin, "hearing remarks against Hispanics" for example, what does that mean? Etc.
