A man carrying a gas can, matches and a book by the son of a terror group founder has been charged with making terroristic threats near New York's Rockefeller Christmas tree.
Yuriy Alterman, 38, was caught by police acting erratically near the Rockefeller Center tree on Tuesday afternoon.
