Allegheny County holds off on certifying election results
November 28, 2016 12:27 PM
By Chris Potter / Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

Activists hailed the move.
“I'm sitting here smiling,” Joy Sabl told the board.

It is a simple truth known by most residents of Pennsylvania that Allegheny County is, BY FAR, the most politically corrupt one in the whole Commonwealth.
