Will he walk back tariffs?
No, because that's part and parcel of the xenophobia that characterizes fascist-type leaders. The principal difference between communists and fascists is the relationship to foreign states. The communists are internationalist in character, and tend to favor extending across borders. Fascists are nationalist and favor their nation to the exclusion of others. Beyond that, both generally favor left of center socialist domestic policies. As we can see even now, Trump is quickly moving left of center domestically and, since he's clearly not a communist, will most likely try to make good on his nationalist/fascist xenophobia, exemplified in part by tariffs.
