Agree 100 %. Sadly the magazine had a clause in their contract which requires them to cover any cost of litigation or legal judgments which result from publication of the article. In a way that is better, because then the jury might be inclined to award even MORE in punitive damages to the plaintiffs (since they are digging in the publisher's deep pockets instead of a single person), which means that Marxist pig Jann Wenner will be paying through the nose for his leftist rampage.
