Nigel Farage and Piers Morgan have congratulated Donald Trump on his “astonishing achievement” at being elected President of the United States.

Mr Farage shared a video on Twitter of himself and Mr Trump joking about how the interim Ukip leader is "Mr Brexit” during a speech.
