I absolutely disagree!  We should all vote for the candidate that we think will be best for our country.  Had everyone done this for the past several election cycles, we wouldn't be in the mess we're in today.

I agree with the likely line of attack, but that's the one I really wonder about.  Because that line of attack would likely not sit very well with Millenials who already are not overly-fond of Hillary. Rubio is good enough on his feet when not facing Christie that something like "I'm 45 years old.  People my age and younger constitute 2/3 of the country, and if you think that makes me too young to run for this office, then I think the times have passed you by."

That attack also would have opened up a lot of snark about her lack of understanding of technology in the 21st century, including emails.

IMNSHO,Trump was the only candidate she MIGHT have been able to beat. Hell,he didn't even start trying until last week. All he had done up to that point was try to sell tshirts and hats,and talk about what a great businessman he was and how rich he is. He would slow down occasionally to insult Americans of Mexican descent by lumping them in with illegal aliens,etc,etc,etc. Last week he finally started talking like someone sober and semi-sane,but by then it was really too late to crush the evil bitch.

Even that pathetic pile of punk named JEB could have beaten her,which would have made my head explode trying to figure out how to vote against BOTH candidates.

The only polls I saw on the matter were with Kasich, Rubio, and Cruz.  All polled better than Hillary.

Also the media would have trotted out the "Is Rubio secretly Gay?"  thing  and hyped that. 




They would have attacked him from every conceivable angle,  and he doesn't strike me as having the necessary  capacity to repel their attacks.   Enough would have stuck to wreck him.

Then hopefully you will realize that not everybody shares your estimate of the relative dangers of the two - that is a matter of judgment after all, which necessarily includes things like ones aversion, or not, to risk - and that just as you believe you have reluctantly reached an appropriate decision based on your judgment, that other people, just as rational as you, reached a different judgment and reached an appropriate decision that they reluctantly could not support Trump because, in their judgment, he is just as bad as Clinton. 

And yet there is no evidence to support this,  primarily because there is *MUCH*  evidence to demonstrate how bad Clinton will be.     What I keep seeing from others can *ONLY*  be explained from my cognitive framework as being "ignorance of Clinton."     


In efforts to solicit examples of Trump doing something as horrible as what Hillary Clinton has done routinely throughout her 37 years of corrupt public life,    No on ever offers a meaningful example.    Their arguments are routinely along the lines of "Oh yeah?   Well Trump is just as bad!!!!!!"   


No evidence is ever forthcoming that Trump has done anything so corrupt or abusive of power as Hillary.   

Which means that at this late date, discussion of facts is over - no more time - and everyone here has drawn their judgment and will be sticking to it.  So why not take the high ground and leave off with the anger and threats?  As of now I will no longer change your mind any more than you will change mine, and I am not even sure discussing the polls is worthwhile because everything pretty much appears to be within the margin of error.  Maybe Trump wins tomorrow, maybe he doesn't.  I don't think he will, you think he will.  Those are final judgments and neither is going to change before tomorrow night. 

Perhaps recrimination we can leave until Wednesday?

Nothing focuses the mind like the prospect of being hung in the morning.   You people are of the opinion this is just an election,   and that you are self appointed to "teach lessons."   



I feel like this is a nexus point in history where the battle between good and evil  is happening,  and if the wrong outcome occurs,  there will be no second chance.  We will descend into Socialism hell with a weaponized Federal police harassing and arresting dissenters.   


If you know the history of Hillary,   this is not a stretch.   She has rage fits,  and no hesitation in abusing or breaking the law.   The media,  which would restrain Trump,   will not restrain her.    The Bureaucracy,  which would restrain Trump,  will not restrain her.   


If I saw it as just another election,  as so many of you folk seem to view it,   then your advice would be reasonable.   Seeing things as I do...  it looks farcical.
