I had heard that Satsumas are hardy to 26 Degrees. It got down to 23 and the top leaves don't look too bad. I've had the top 3 feet or so freeze killed before. Not this time.
If I know a hard freeze is on its way, I have a parachute I cover the whole tree with.
I checked my Mango tree and it looks AOK. It froze completely down to the ground years ago and I knew it was gone. 2 years later it came back up.
I've just picked the first bucket of fruit. Off to juicing now.
