What did not happen what prosecution by the DoJ for those felonies.  In a banana republic the law is not applied equally. I find it interesting that ANYONE on this site would defend the cesspool the DOJ has become under this administration!  It's astounding to me!

Given the thought process of some here its becoming more obvious to me that they wouldn't mind a Clinton presidency, all the high handed talk of clean government and legal process (which is patently ridiculous) aside.

Judging by what I have read the FBI knows there was classified information on hillary's server. That is a crime. There should have been an indictment on hillary in July. And then we wouldn't be so concerned about Comey "in order to influence Tuesday's election".  Hillary would have been deemed unfit to hold the office of POTUS. People should be informed. At any point. Waiting until after the election is MORE influencing than BEFORE, IMO.

I am speechless that anyone could argue that exposing corruption at the highest levels of government is a bad thing and that whistle blowers should the arrested and prosecuted. With people like these as citizens it is no wonder why we are turning have turned into a banana republic.

Do you even read what you write?  There has been no criminal charge yet because there has been no exposure yet.  It's the exposing that these agents are working for.  Once they expose the corruption, then the charges get files, then the case goes to court--where the judge and jury decide.  These agents are not deciding anything.

The USA is in the mess it is in because we don't have enough people in govt who want to do the right thing. The people who tried to stop the investigation into the obvious pay for play clinton State Dept should all go to jail, especially hillary & bill clinton.
