There will be no reconciling regardless of the outcome.

"Reconciling" is irrelevant.  Nobody needs to like anyone.  All that matters in the end is who you actually vote for.  So if there is a good candidate in 2020 that you can support, it's not going to matter whether or not your arch-enemy (be they a Trump supporter or NeverTrump) like you or not.  All that matters is how for whom they cast their vote.  And if we're all casting our votes for the same (good) candidate, who cares if there was "reconciliation" or not?

Donald Trump gets things done. Runs a privately held company and has ultimate responsibility for billions of dollars. Have any of you ever tried to put up a 100-story skyscraper? Times that by 100.

Ever oversee the building of a world class golf course? Ever been on a world-class golf course? Trump has gotten that done all over the globe. He gets projects done, usually on time and under budget, against overwhelming bureaucratic, government and environmental opposition.
