I know, but it doesn't seem to stop you from posting.

Funny how he thought that post insulted anyone but himself.

No self-awareness, methinks...   ^-^
Character still matters.  It always matters.

I wear a mask as an exercise in liberty and love for others.  To see it as an infringement of liberty is to entirely miss the point.  Be kind.

"Sometimes I think the Church would be better off if we would call a moratorium on activity for about six weeks and just wait on God to see what He is waiting to do for us. That's what they did before Pentecost."   - A. W. Tozer

Use the time God is giving us to seek His will and feel His presence.

Wow!  What an article!   And considering it was written in 1936, one might even call it 'prophetic.'  ^-^

I truly believe there is a "Remnant" as in Isaiah, and love the updating of the concept of the masses vs. the Remnant, and how there are many who "prophesy" to the masses, but that it is a much better job to devote yourself to the Remnant.

As a musician, I enjoyed this comparison....

Haydn DID have a "good job!"  ^-^

Right now the masses are craving a dictator...... in both parties.  The idea that there is a thinking minority......... even 7,000 as with Elijah.......... is an encouragement.

We may not be the majority right now, but we will prevail.

Thanks for a great read, @EasyAce !

Reading Albert Jay Nock is a pleasure for several reasons, not least of which are the simple lyricism of
his writing style and his suspicion of State power at all levels, a suspicion we do well to sustain, as the
consequences of failing to sustain it make themselves only too manifest as this year's election campaign
should prove only too vividly.

"The question of who is right is a small one, indeed, beside the question of what is right."---Albert Jay Nock.
