‘Hate Crime’ Noose Turns Out To Be A Jump Rope

October 28, 2016| by Brian Anderson

You may have noticed some particularly loud outrage this week over an incident at a Mississippi high school. Plastered across all liberal media from TV to the Internet, it was reported that a group of white students tried to lynch a black student. But wouldn’t you know it, the media and black activists have vastly overstated this thing, which turned out to be nothing more than a prank among friends.

Initial reports were that 4 white students at Stone High School in Wiggins, MS slipped a noose around a black student in the locker room and pulled it tight around his neck. So outraged were groups like the NAACP that they demanded a federal hate crime investigation.

And how does the fact that rope was a jump rope change *ANYTHING AT ALL* about the incident?

If you read the article they're all good friends and it was just truly a prank (hugely misguided one though)?

I don' t know, I wasn't there.
