Brown outs

Has anyone experienced a series of Brown outs tonight? We've had 3 tonight at different parts of town. Usually lasting for a few seconds. A friend in Frisco just posted on Facebook they were having the same thing.

Maybe the Russian hackers have gotten tired of hacking DNC emails and are going after infrastructure now.

Brownout or Blackout?

Brownouts are a lower voltage that keeps the power on.

A Blackout that last a few seconds is often the result of a distribution line recloser operating.
