Four black men are arrested 'for beating a white Alabama high school student over Facebook posts supporting Blue Lives Matter'
Brian Ogle, 17, suffered three skull fractures after he was beaten in the parking lot of an Ace hardware store on September 30
Police on Tuesday arrested Quartez Walker, 20; Bobby Brown, 19; La Noah Ealy Jr, 18, and Daveon Nix, 20
Walker, who was allegedly armed with a handgun, was charged with first-degree assault charge and his bond was set at $20,000
Other three suspects face charges of second-degree assault and are each being held on $15,000 bonds
Ogle's mother, Brandi Allen, said Brian is doing better and has been moved out of ICU
The incident took place just after a homecoming game at Ogle's high school in Sylacauga, Alabama
Ogle would often post messages on his Facebook page that were critical of the Black Lives Matter movement
His mother believes that it was his stance in support of Blue Lives Matter that made her son a target
Allen says that Ogle reported threats against him to school officials

Police in Alabama have arrested four black men in connection with the beating of a white Alabama high school student who had posted pro-Blue Lives Matter Comments in support of cops.
In a statement, Sylacauga Police Chief Kelley Johnson says four recent Sylacauga High School students were arrested Tuesday following the September 30 attack against 17-year-old Brian Ogle.
Ogle's mother, Brandi Allen, says her son responded to students wearing Black Lives Matter T-shirts at his school with Blue Lives Matter. He was hospitalized with serious head injuries.
