You're correct.  This is not what the framers intended.  And they did not intend that our choices would be limited to two equally lousy parties.

But you can't convince the 'know betters' of that. Every 2 years it's an avalanche of excuses of why this time is too important and next time we'll vote conservative. Next time comes around and that one is too important too!

So ultimately it's either a case of complete cowardice by the voters or they want liberalism. Usually both. Because no matter what excuses they concoct, the choice remains the same every time. Liberal/conservative - Good/Evil. Pols may change, excuses may change (though they repeat a lot) but the bottom line does not. Ever.

Up 'til now, it was only Communist dictators who threatened to jail their political opponents; now that group includes an American candidate for president.  O tempore, o mores.

What is wrong with you?  Hillary Clinton should have gone to jail back in the 1970s when she deliberately altered court documents and lied to a Federal Judge during the Watergate investigation.   She should have gone to jail for bilking investors in the White Water scandal.   She should have gone to jail for bribery in that $100,000.00  cattle futures scandal.   


She should have gone to jail for numerous and sundry reasons of even worse illegal activities.   


Yes,  Hillary Clinton belongs in Jail,  and if Obama weren't holding the dogs on  her ,  she would have gone to jail for mishandling classified information,  and for conspiring to  elude the freedom of information act.   


Hillary *NEEDS*  to be in jail,  and to point out the truth that is obvious to anyone who has been keeping up with Hillary's illegalities is not tantamount to third world dictatorships.   


Don't let your hatred for Donald interfere with your ability to recognize the truth.

Hillary is running for dictator,  because that is exactly what she will be,  and that is exactly consistent with what she has always tried to be.

Trump says he will appoint a special prosecutor and expresses the opinion that Hillary will end up in Jail  and this makes people afraid of him? 


Has no one been paying attention to the fact that the FBI agents have uncovered sufficient cause to PUT HER IN JAIL?     


FBI director Comey did not indict her because Obama's justice department had made it clear to him that he had better not,   but the evidence indicates she broke laws that would get anyone else sent to prison.   


Saying that she belongs in prison is not a threat,  it is a very valid observation.    It is a fair observation.

Trump says a lot of things.  Doesn't mean they are true or that he will keep his promises.

Yes, I'm well aware that Hillary and her gang should be in prison.  But the reality is that they won't be.  No matter what crimes are uncovered, there will always be some reason why she and her gang will not be prosecuted.  There are too many people, most at high levels of government, who have a vested interest in not bringing the culprits to justice.  Some benefit greatly from Hillary being a free woman.  Some have been coerced (blackmailed?) into taking no action.  I believe this is also why no one in Congress or the courts will prosecute Obama for his wrongdoing.

At this point, all we have left is to trust in God.  He knows what Hillary and her cohorts have done. He will judge tgem...as He will judge all of us.

That's one of the biggest problems America has today. Fear voters. They are the reason we have a Republican House/Senate filled with leftists with an R. They are the reason that we have Liberals in control. They elect them on fear.

She has to be tried in a court of law first. The government, particularly high level officials MUST always take the innocent until proven guilty route. There's a constitutional requirement to do so. The correct answer for Trump was for him to say he would cleanup the FBI and direct it to reopen all the cases that the Obama justice department buried for political or racial reasons. That he would let the chips fall where they may. But Trump simply skips due process and ignores the constitution.

Trump basically said, to the uncommitted voter, that if you oppose him, he will toss you in jail.

(Remember, the uncommitted voter doesn't follow politic news very much, so is not informed as to what Hillary has done.  They are the "Who's Ben Gassy?" crowd.)
