Your adopted country? That explains a lot. You simply don't understand how the country that took you in works. Or you hate it. Or both.

What your statements are though, are lies as you have been corrected repeatedly.

A little xenophobic, are we?

I also have dark skin and curly hair, what do you want to make of that?

Feel free to point out to me where I have lied. Thanks in advance (tia).

The post above, you said straight up you will be using the argument that voting for anyone other than Trump is helping Hillary. That is a lie (even if you don't realize it) and a logical fallacy.

And you seem to have a problem answering direct simple questions.  And no I would not be racking Hillary over the goals for taking perfectly legal deductions. Not once have I attacked her (or Bill) for deducting used under wear donated to charity. Uck!

@jpsb
You might want to start from the beginning of this thread and read my original reply were I answered the question you asked instead of just lashing out at others

I have little interest in streamlining government or in making it more efficient, for I mean to reduce its size. I do not undertake to promote welfare, for I propose to extend freedom. My aim is not to pass laws, but to repeal them.

Your skin color and hairstyle have nothing to do with my statement. But you knew that. As a naturalized American, you probably got the Cliff notes version of how America's elections work. That would explain your lack of understanding and cause you to mistakenly think voting for a conservative supports hillary.

But since you chose to take the very liberal path of pulling the race card on me, perhaps you would like to explain how I would know your skin color? Do you have the belief all immigrants are brown people? That would be a racist assumption on your part because for all anyone knows, you are from Norway with blond hair. So perhaps you will explain your choice of words and clear up your mistaken assumption.

Others have a few times now. But if you insist on forwarding the lie that voting for one person counts for another, you are either lying openly or in need of remedial classes. You decide which because one or the other is true.

The future of my adopted country is more important than the hurt feelings of a bunch of former republicans – "never to return" – reminded that their constant lies, phony headlines and distorted arguments attacking the republican nominee lend tacit support to the DNC.

====================================

That's an accurate description of what we see going on here.  It requires deception, with lies upon lies requiring a lot of work trying to maintain the stream of distorted, half-truths requiring even further defense.

Like looking through a screen door and thinking nobody can see you on the front porch.  (As in) they pull out all the stops to demonize Trump, and try to pull out all the stops convincing onlookers they aren't in actuality liberal neocons actively betting on Hillary.

Where are all these lies? Trump is saying this shit right in front of your face about expansive new govt' programs, attacking has been beauty queens and a total inability to express a cogent thought about current events.

What really has you upset is that a large number of voters are not buying your nonsensical defenses of Donny. As a matter of fact 56% of GOP Primary voters didn't want to have anything to do with your loser candidate because he is irrational and a generally stupid person..

Back to the subject

Anyone who believes this isn't going to be a political problem for Trump is sadly mistaken. Argue legal-ese all you want but it's going to be a problem

It is all about the electoral college and understanding how that works.
Oh the old #NeverTrump plan, it is not going to happen. Hopfully as the election draws near you'll see that.

Maybe things work differently in your universe but it this one, barring some terrible unforeseen event, the next president of the USA will be either Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump. If you are inclined to vote conservative (r) and you do not vote Trump you are by default helping Hillary. The reverse is also true.

Voting 3rd party is throwing your vote away since the contest is between Hillary and Trump.

Wishing and hoping will not change that dynamic. It is either Hillary or Trump there is no other outcome possible.

@AbaraXas

But....Trump himself said that he doesn't NEED the votes of those "few" Republican detractors.  Did he lie?  Has something changed?  (rhetorical questions)

That is not a lie and everyone that is not in the #NeverTrump camp knows it. What state is not going to either Hillary or Trump? The highest polling 3rd party candidate is Gary Johnson and he is polling in signal digits in most states. In order for the NeverTrump plan to work Gary has to carry more then one state. (three states IIRC).

Republican Voters Are Unifying Behind Donald Trump

Republican support for Donald Trump is at an all-time high, with GOP voters now just as unified behind Trump as Democrats are behind Hillary Clinton, according to the HuffPost Pollster polling average.

As Trump falls out of contention, are his supporters going to "waste their votes" on him, or support the only candidate with a chance to win?  Stay tuned!   :whistle:

Lol...

Everyone claims they're on the side of reason and logic but there is no way anyone can look at the way Trump is conducting his campaign thus far and believe somehow this is a winning strategy.

These missteps that are happening now are fatal. Back in June they could've been dealt with.

I can understand voting third party, I did when McCain was on the ballot because I knew if McCain were elected he would grant amnesty to all the illegals here, thus handing the country over to the Marxists forever.  However I can not understand doing everything possible to prevent Hillary from ever occupying the oval office.

The NeverTrump plan to throw the election into the House and then expect a Republican House to not elect either Hillary or Trump is delusional. Not going to happen. At least not in this universe.

What on earth makes you think Nevertrump is a monoblock? That's not my 'plan' Nor is it the plan of many of us. We are doing everything we can to stop hillary. Unfortunately a bunch of liberals are intent on electing another liberal in her place. So you have two choices because that liberal cannot win without us and we arent voting for him. You can all join us and get unified behind one conservative, or you can lose. Because our votes arent going to either liberal, Dem or GOP. Ever. We told you that to begin with. We told you that the last time your crew tried running a lib in 12.  He lost.

Not our fault. Not our problem.

@Norm Lenhart

Not my plan.  I'd be pleased if that happened, but not counting on it.  My plan is to make as much stink in whatever way I can about the dismal choice of candidates by both major parties.  If the Republican party were to get the message and start fielding good candidates, I'd be pleased (not counting on that either).  If enough people vote third party, then we can begin to reset voters thinking about third parties.

It's not about the party.  It's about principles and whether the candidates represent those principles, are of good character and have some leadership skills.

All the rest of it is noise.  If voters insisted on better candidates instead of voting the party line we would not be in this position.  One way or the other the next President is going to be a bad choice.  If my vote moves us in the direction of better choices, then it is a vote well spent.  Voting for Clinton or Trump is wasting my vote because it supports all the poor decisions that brought us to this sorry state.
