Did Scott have a Gun?: NC PD says new dash cam video proves YES.

    Police want make video public but restrained to do so because it's part of an on going investigation.
    Protestors have spread alegations on social media that victim was not holding a gun, instead he was holding a book.
    The incident set off riots Tuesday and Wednesday night in the Charlotte area, National Guard was called to control the scene.

Sources told a North Carolina TV station that a dash cam video shows Keith Scott getting out of his car and charging at police officers with a gun in his hand.
