Student groups at Ramapo College were forced to change the theme of an “American BBQ” because the administration deemed it too “offensive.”
The event was to be co-hosted by the College Republicans and two residence halls, but one residence hall director reported that flyers advertising the event were deemed too "military and recruitment-oriented" because they featured Uncle Sam.

And of course their offendedness trumps everybody else's views. Sounds like they're offended because they're narrow minded bigots and haters.

Well.....we sure wouldn't want anyone living or attending college in America being offended by (gasp!)....American traditions.  Can't have that.

So celebrating American stuff is offensive, if we celebrate someone else's culture that's cultural appropriation and offensive. How in the world can BBQ be offensive to anyone?

I'm betting whoever complained isn't man (or woman) enough to eat BBQ anyhow, might hurt its taste buds and destroy its ability to enjoy soy and birdseed or whatever it is hipsters eat this week.
“The way I see it, every time a man gets up in the morning he starts his life over. Sure, the bills are there to pay, and the job is there to do, but you don't have to stay in a pattern. You can always start over, saddle a fresh horse and take another trail.” ― Louis L'Amour

I hope they get to the bottom of who is responsible for it.  It will probably turn out to be just another anti-American leftie.

Here you go, snowflakes....
"The most terrifying force of death, comes from the hands of Men who wanted to be left Alone. They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love. They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it. They know, that the moment they fight back, their lives as they have lived them, are over. -Alexander Solzhenitsyn
