The woman is turning into Trump.  She refuses to recognize that Trump pimped birtherism for five years.  She and Chris Christie are keeping this alive with their remarks today.

Christie told Jake Tapper that Trump hasn't mentioned it for five years. Plenty of evidence in Trump's own words that this is not true.

Robert Gates isn't in the government anymore.

He doesn't control the DoD.

Penning a screed over a former official not following the Trump line?  That's North Korean level insanity.
