Even so, a CNN/ORC poll now shows Clinton trailing Trump in four-candidate pairings by a 45-to-43 percent margin.Last week in Philadelphia, Trump delivered a powerful speech outlining his plan to rebuild and strengthen American defenses. Based on recommendations from the Army chief of staff and Heritage Foundation, Trump announced that as president he would expand every branch of the military, and ask military generals, within 30 days of Trump taking office, to present a plan to defeat and destroy ISIS.
