I'm only 6 ft. and have only weighed in that range after 8 months of a starvation diet as a grad student, in near hypothermic conditions (Grand Forks, ND) living and working in basements, and one week of that without food. My best weight is 220. I have generally done some sort of physical work in conjunction with my job all my life, including heavy construction and farm work as a kid. WHile limited to 75 lbs after surgery, I routinely moved items with weights over 100 lbs. I think the BMI (formula/charts) is messed up because it doesn't allow for bone structure or muscle mass.
True. But docs should be able to see body fat ratio during an exam and judge whether a patient is overweight. Hubby is 6'4", broad shouldered but not big boned. The minute he gets over 200 lbs the docs get vocal.
Trump is visibly overweight and by his own admission does not exercise. He wears suit coats all the time as disguise. He is no more a healthy weight than is Christy.
