Charles Barkley Exposes the Truth: Blacks, Not Whites, Are Keeping Black People Down

September 12, 2016| by Kim Pines

Charles Barkley is not only an amazing player, but he is also one person who is not afraid to speak the truth, and he proved this yet again during an interview for a Philadelphia radio show, “Afternoons with Anthony Gargano and Rob Ellis.” Charles shared what he calls a “dirty, dark secret” about the lives of the black people.

During a discussion about racism in USA, the NBA player stated that police and white people are not the reason of failure of black people, but black people themselves. According to his words, black people need to deal not only with daily issues, but also with “crap (…) from other black people”. In other words, they need to take responsibility for their actions.

After being called repeatedly “not black enough” Charles declared that in the black community, it takes a certain degree of unlawful behavior to be considered black. Other people believe that: “If you go to school, make good grades, speak intelligent, and don’t break the law, you’re not a good black person.”
