President Barack Obama on Saturday urged Americans to remain united in the face of terrorist attacks, in a barely-veiled jab at Republican White House nominee Donald Trump 15 years after 9/11.

"In the face of terrorism, how we respond matters," Obama said in his weekly radio and online address, delivered on the eve of the 15th anniversary of the September 11 terror attacks in the United States.

"We cannot give in to those who would divide us. We cannot react in ways that erode the fabric of our society," he added.

He has apparently forgotten 9/11 is also football Sunday and he has given his blessing to those who don't want to respect America.  I don't believe you can show unity through disrespect of the American Flag. :peeonobama:

The president who has divided this nation along racial, gender, religious, socio-economic and other lines now appeals for unity.

I have a few choice words for Obama I would insert here, but I don't want to offend anyone.

The man who speaks of his countrymen as "lazy," refers to "bitter clingers," and misses no opportunity to politicize any convenient tragedy dares lecture me about unity?  Go away, you repulsive man. January 2017 can't come soon enough, no matter who is in the White House.

Take your own advice, Mr. President!

We must unite against socialism.
