Another state issues transgender rules for churches
Open restrooms, censoring members' comments, massive liabilities all on the table

President Obama’s transgender agenda has taken huge leaps forward in the last year or so. There have been orders for public building managers, for colleges and even for public schools to allow a male who says he’s female to use locker rooms and restrooms set aside for women.

The privacy and feelings of the biological females who are in those facilities are of no account.

Now a second state has decided that churches, too, are bound by the agenda.

The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination this month released a “Gender Identity Guidance” that imposes its demands on society.

Liberals are trying to use 'public accomodation' much like they do the commerce clause, as basically a catch-all that justifies their regulatory schemes. Disregard the fact that most facilities are required to have bathrooms by law, you are taking the regulatory stance of businesses and trying to apply it to a house of worship which sells nothing and takes money only as a nonprofit. It is a big expansion of the penumbra of 'public accomodation'.

Then there's the simple fact that 'transgenderism' is completely unscientific and based on nothing but delusional psychology, and then allows only one special group to enforce their 'identity' upon the rest of the world, while claiming 'equality'. Equality for only a few imposing their morality on everyone. Separation of church and state anyone?

I said said far back while it gay marriage was being run thru the court system that where we need to draw the line is transgenderism. This is the battle of the social war we need to fight, as the liberals have nothing but brute force to make the public obey it. If we do that it will set them back years on their agenda.

Separation of church and state? Bah. The liberals don't believe in that! They HAVE a church, and it is deeply ingrained within their state!

How to lose credibility while posting:
1. Trump is never wrong.
2. Default to the most puerile emoticon you can find. This is especially useful when you can't win an argument on merits.
3. Be falsely ingratiating, completely but politely dismissive without talking to the points, and bring up Hillary whenever the conversation is really about conservatism.
4. When all else fails, remember rule #1 and #2. Emoticons are like the poor man's tweet!

Basically, they're trying to enact fiction as law. It's like revisionist history - let's just pretend what happened didn't happen. Let's pretend boys aren't boys and girls aren't girls.
