Maybe he had a suitcase full of very valuable 'Trump' ballcaps and was afraid they might get stolen and Trump would make him pay for them.

Dr. Carson behaved like a normal person would in that situation...he located his luggage and returned to finish talking to the reporter.

How refreshing.
