They should choose Ted Cruz to moderate the first debate.

Or Mark Levin.  It'd make it worth watching.

This time though is way different, he is turning into a whiny crybaby.

It's just earlier - which is indicative of how bad it is... He was just as bent up over Romney... But only after it was looking like Romney wasn't going to pull it off... Just wait for mid to late September when the begging starts... It will be utter groveling this year, and it won't change a dang thing.

Oh, I don't think he was nearly as bad with Romney.  He's screaming at conservatives, blaming us for what is not even close to our fault, and making a complete fool of himself, far worse than he has ever done.

His emotional investment in Trump far exceeds how he felt about any previous nominee.

This time he's in love......

I think its fear. He knows Trump will go looking for payback including those who failed him.

I'll give you that... But then Romney was a mere Bostonian. Trump is a New Yawker. Maybe that explains it.

One way or another, after the primaries, Hannity was singing the company tune for Romney too.

Fear might be a factor.

The NY aspect of it might be part of the love affair, but IMO, he's definitely far more emotionally invested this time around.

Enough to lose his credibility for the rest of his career....

Trump always blames those closest to him when he fails.

When two casino executives working for him died in a helicopter crash some years ago, Trump had nothing but praise and flowery words that placed them on par with Jesus.

When the casino went into bankruptcy a few weeks later the two deceased angelic executives became lying theives who preyed on Trump's kind heart and stole from investors.

Further indication of complete amorality.  Or psychosis.

He's a sick human being, and America should be very afraid should he get into the WH.

Hannity is convinced Clinton is going to be worse for the nation.   And not one member of this board wants the sleaze of the Clintons back in the White House.

So make the case for Trump, Hannity,  instead of railing like an infant.  You're posturing for Trump's followers, not persuading his doubters.   You want purgation after this election?  Believe me, you're not the only one.

There are reasons folks won't vote for Trump,  and consider it an affront to conscience or prudence.    But you can't make the case for Trump by fearmongering Clinton,  you haven't made the sale that Trump will be any less dangerous.

The conservative media created Trump, it legitimized Trump.   Now Rush himself admits he wasn't honest with his audience.   The conservative media can't save the monster they made,  only Trump can do that.

And Trump is essentially indifferent to whether he wins or loses.  He can profit by martyrdom, remember, or at least he and Sean Hannity think they both can.

Hannity wanted Trump because he wanted to destroy the GOPe.  He should declare victory because the GOP is totally screwed.  Out of money.  Out of integrity.  Out of Principles.

This is his standard diatribe for his radio show the last few weeks. It's really makes him sound like he doesn't believe Trump will win. Why not have a program about the issues without insulting your base. Or used to be base audience. I do not believe Sean is happy.

So can we blame Hannity for McCain being reelected considering his guy endorsed him?

That's exactly it. Instead of spending the time talking about how great his guy is, he is spending the time angry and making excuses for a loss that is still 70 days out. He is projecting a big loss and he knows it.
