NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – The Marine Corps Band New Orleans is rockin’ the house playing patriotic songs to not only wow the crowd, but bring to light the importance of the Marine Corps Reserve.

“They really make an impact on the American people to showcase what the Marine Corps have to offer, what we have to share,” says Greg Reeder with the Marine Corps Reserve.

The Reserve was founded in in 1916 when President Woodrow Wilson signed a bill authorizing a reserve force in support of combat missions in World War I.
